I wish to cancel or close my account how do I do this?

To cancel your account please log in at your account at https://customers.hostplay.com/clientarea.php once logged in click the My Services button then request to cancellation.

You will receive an email back stating that you ask to cancel your account and it's in pending mode. If you don't get this email back within 24 hours, we didn't receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.

Your will receive a final email to confirm that your account has been remove from our servers.

Don't forget to cancel your subscription if you are using Paypal. You are responsible for doing the cancellation in your Paypal account to any services that require us to take funds out of your Paypal account with subscriptions.
