I have paid my invoice but still it shows unpaid

If you have paid a particular invoice but it still shows unpaid in panel, please submit a ticket to billing@hostplay.com along with the invoice number and the payment transaction number to get it fixed. Otherwise if the invoice remians unpaid your account will get suspended.

Note: If any invoice shows unpaid after the due date, irrespective of whether the payment has been made actually or not, your hosting account may be suspended/terminated at any time without any notice and all your data may be lost.
